Crushed Shell for Landscaping
Picture: 5-13mm Crushed Shell |
Tough and attractive, our crushed shell is sourced from dead shell deposits from the seafloor and includes cockle, scallop and whelk shells. Many of the shells retain their natural colours (reds, oranges, mauves) and are stronger and more durable compared to shell sourced from older deposits. |
This product can be used for pathways and as an ornamental garden surfacing material. It is also a well suited and popular material for surfacing petanque courts. |
| The white shell contrasts well with darker colours and can be used to lighten or highlight areas reflecting natural light for impact during the day. | ||
