Red Race - Driveway Mix

Red Race is a material suitable for application to farm raceways, driveways and footpaths. |

Red Race is comprised of red jasper chert which is very hard and durable. The mix of particle sizes and stone angularity ensures that the material when placed correctly “locks” together. |

Red Race provides a unique and classical look to any farm raceway and extended driveway entrances. |

Excellent drainage minimises pooling on the trotting track surface. Water tends to flow through the material. |
||||
Prior to application ensure the edges of the raceway are tapered and suitably compacted. Apply Red Race to a thickness of no deeper than 80mm and compact. The addition of cement will assist in maintaining the look and feel of your red race driveway. Apply water as necessary to improve cohesion and compact until the surface is hard and “locked in”. |
