Customers should ensure their site has sufficient clearance for truck access. Minimum access dimensions are listed below.
The site and access to it will also need to be able to support the fully laden vehicle and be at a reasonable gradient to allow for safe unloading.
If access to the site is not possible material can be offloaded at a prearranged site and transported by bobcat, loader, wheelbarrow etc.
We leave it up to the driver's discretion as to whether they feel they can access and unload at a site without putting themselves or the truck at risk.
